History & Background

Legado Distilleries in Paraguay was established with a clear ambition to prove that gin could be produced fully sustainably, from organically certified ingredients to recycled packaging materials. Sincere Gin became the distillery's take on a tropical interpretation of the category, built on local South American botanicals such as congorosa and pink peppercorns alongside the classic juniper. The thorough sustainability approach, from production to bottle, has made Sincere one of the clearest examples of green gin production outside Europe.
