Sincere Pure Edition is a Paraguayan organic gin from The Conscious Choice, distilled on a sugarcane base and bottled at 47%.

The gin is built on angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, pink peppercorns, lemongrass and the indigenous herb congorosa.

Production uses sweet oranges, sour oranges, tangerines, pomelo and three different types of lime, all harvested locally in Paraguay.

The gin is bottled at 47% because the many natural oils from the citrus fruits can otherwise cloud the gin if the strength drops below 46-47%.
