The gin is distilled as a classic London Dry with pronounced citrus and juniper, before resting in a single cask that previously held Fino sherry from Jerez.
After nearly four years of ageing, the gin is bottled straight from the cask without further dilution, giving it its natural cask strength.
Equipo Navazos was founded by Jesús Barquín and Eduardo Ojeda as a group of sherry enthusiasts, and the outfit is known for its hand-picked La Bota releases.
