Le Tribute Gin

Le Tribute Gin is prepared in Vilanova i la Geltrú, a small town south of Barcelona. The local distillery is family run and works with great attention to detail, which is clear from the elegantly designed bottle. Seven Botanicals flavor the gin, including juniper, lime, kumquat and citrus fruits such as tangerines, cardamom and lemongrass, the latter of which finds its way into the gin in the form of an essence. Each individual ingredient is soaked and distilled separately before and then everything is united with a wheat spirit.
