Their ambition was to revive the craft gin tradition London was once famous for, but this time among banks and skyscrapers rather than back alleys. Since opening, the distillery has developed a broad range of styles, from classic London Dry to Old Tom and sloe gin, and today stands as one of the most striking examples of the English gin revival.
