Summum Malt Whisky Cask Finish is a perfect combination of Dominican rum and double maturation in Ben Navis whisky barrels. The rum is part of the "Ron Summum" series and offers a lovely round and sweet aroma. The taste is warm and sweet with notes of vanilla, plum and burnt caramel. The aftertaste is long with a hint of almonds and raisins. In addition, the malt can be sensed and gives a perfect finish.
