It is then mixed with fortified wine that has previously been used to flavor whiskey barrels and is normally discarded after use. Together, this unique blend creates a sustainable and tasty vermouth with spicy and fruity notes of cherry, expresso, bitter chocolate, vanilla and a twist of cinnamon.
