Despite the name being Ilegal Mezcal, this Tequila is very legal and made from 100% agave. It is produced with sustainability as a high priority and is 100% natural. No artificial color, yeast or additives in this tequila. As the manufacturer himself says, it consists solely of agave, sun and time. Ilegal Mezcal is only produced in small quantities and each bottle is handled manually in terms of bottle label, numbering and stopper.

There are 3 versions of this top brand. The young (Joven. Agave flavor accompanied by eucalyptus and mineral aroma), the old (Añejo. Matured for 13 months on American, French and used Bourbon casks.
