Plateau Gin began as a passion project, with Tonny Svensson setting out to distil a gin on a micro scale at Tevsjö Destilleri in Sweden. With only 200 bottles per batch, every release is limited by definition, making Plateau a small but well-known name among Swedish gin enthusiasts who value craft over volume.

Production & Style

The gin is distilled in small batches with carefully selected botanicals around a classic juniper base, with the limited quantity allowing fine-tuning from batch to batch.
