  Sadashi Mizunara Oak Finish is a Blended Japanese Whisky finished in mizunara casks and bottled at 43%.

  The base is an even blend of malt and grain whisky, first matured in sherry and bourbon casks, before a final finish in Japanese mizunara oak - a cask wood known for imparting notes of sandalwood and Asian spice that are hard to achieve any other way.

  Tasting Notes

  Nose

  Vanilla and sandalwood with a faint incense-like aroma and a touch of dried apricot.

  Palate

  Soft and spiced with honey and a distinct sandalwood character tying the flavour together.

  Finish

  Medium length, spiced and dry, with a last note of Japanese incense.
