The first Single Malt Whisky from the Danish distillery Thornæs - naturally organically produced.
The whisky is a Double Cask, which began its life in small 50-liter Danish oak casks. After 12-13 months of intense flavor extraction from the new oak, the total volume has been transferred to a 250-liter Bourbon Hogshead to achieve a milder and longer-lasting maturation.
