Helst whisky ved fuld fadstyrke, ingen chillfiltering, ingen farve. Altså kun det reneste whisky.

Blackadder har nu taget skridtet fuldt ud med deres nye tiltag RAW CASK. De bruger en speciel teknik, hvor kun træ splinter er fjernet, mens andre segmenter, så som - fede olier, stadig er i whiskyen, for at bibeholde alle smagsstoffer. Det er altså whisky med bundfald. Dette sikre den optimale naturlige smag i hvert enkel flaske.
