Since vodka was born in 11th century Poland, it has been distilled from grains such as wheat and rye - or potatoes. Ultimat Vodka Polish Premium Polish is the only vodka distilled from both grains and potatoes.

The vodka was developed in the early 2000s by the people behind the American luxury spirits venture that later also created Patrón Tequila, wanting to make a vodka in the same high-end segment. Production takes place in Poland, one of Europe's most respected vodka nations, where three separate distillates are blended into one final bottle.

The vodka is distilled separately from wheat, rye and potatoes, after which the three distillates are blended to achieve a more complex, rounder flavour profile than a vodka made from a single raw material.
