Bårelegs Whisky

Bårelegs Whisky

Bårelegs is a whisky series produced by Islay Boys. The name is inspired by Magnus II, who earned the nickname 'Bårelegs' as he was the first of the Norwegian kings to fight wearing a kilt alongside the Celts in Scotland in the late 10th century. Islay Boys consists of Donald Mackenzie and Mackay Smith, both hailing from Scotland's most famous whisky island, the Rhinns Peninsula. Their shared passion for whisky and adventure has contributed to truly unique and award-winning whisky releases.
