  Fary Lochan Summer 2010/2015 Batch 01 is a Danish Single Malt Whisky from the summer 2010 distillation, bottled in 2015 at 46%, 50 cl. Fary Lochan distillery in Give, Jutland, works with four seasonal distillations as a core principle. The summer distillation happens in the warmest months, when fermentation temperatures increase speed and can influence fruity esters. Batch 01 is the first bottling from summer 2010. Non-chill filtered with natural colour.

  Nose

  Fresh fruit, apple, honey and a light floral note.

  Palate

  Light and fresh malt, citrus, white peach and mild vanilla.

  Finish

  Short to medium, fresh and lightly fruity with a gentle oak note.

  Naked Malt is a Blended Malt Whisky matured in sherry casks, combining Macallan and Highland Park, bottled at 40%.

  The whisky draws its balance from the two celebrated single malts, creating a rich and intense flavour with clear hints of sherry, caramel and ripe berries – an accessible introduction to the sherry style for newcomers and enthusiasts alike.
