  Ga-Jol Ananas Liqueur is a Danish Vodka liqueur based on liquorice and pineapple, bottled at 30% ABV.

  Ga-Jol was created by Edvard Galle and Hans Jessen, who in 1872 started a confectionery workshop in a basement on Store Kongensgade in Copenhagen, and launched the iconic blue Ga-Jol pastille in 1933 under the slogan "Danish weather is Ga-Jol weather". Today, Ga-Jol shots are produced by the Danish, family-owned spirits company United Drinks in collaboration with Toms Gruppen, which owns the trademark, to ensure the original, well-known taste in liquid form.

  The flavour is built around the classic Ga-Jol pastille's signature liquorice, which here meets a sweet, fresh pineapple flavour on a vodka base. The result is a cold, sweetish shot with an unmistakable touch of liquorice on the finish.
