Vedrenne Salers is a classic French gin with a focus on the terroir in which it is produced. 11 botanicals are used, including gentian root from the Massif Central. The root's natural bitterness is minimized, allowing its forest floor and floral character to shine through. The aroma is intense with distinct hints of citrus and cardamom. A lovely, full-bodied gin with juniper and citrus on the tongue and pepper, ginger and gentian root in a long aftertaste.
