History & background

The whiskey is sourced from the old Seagram's distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, founded in 1847, then batched and barrelled at Bardstown Barrel Selections in Bardstown, Kentucky, where it is also bottled in small batches. Every bottle carries a hand-written batch and bottle number. In 2015, Deutsch Family Wines & Spirits - known for brands like Yellow Tail and Josh Cellars - acquired Redemption from Bardstown Barrel Selections.

Production & style

Redemption is built around rye as the dominant grain, giving the range its characteristic spicy, bold profile. The whiskey is batched and matured in Bardstown, Kentucky, before being bottled in small, hand-numbered batches.
