The deepest flavor experiences of ancestral corn are uncovered by using a 4000-year-old cooking technique, never before used in whisky production but fundamental to the preparation of corn as food in Mexico. The whisky is matured in new toasted and used oak barrels, contributing to a unique aging profile. The taste is rich and smooth with notes of toasted corn, vanilla, and honey.
