  Nordisk Brænderi Fisk & Skaldyr Snaps is a Danish schnapps at 41.5% ABV from Nordisk Brænderi.

  The microdistillery is sheltered by Jammerbugten in North Jutland, where hand-picked herbs and selected ingredients are turned into quality spirits. This schnapps is spiced with star anise, orange peel and fir needles, a combination created to accompany fish and seafood. The schnapps was named Christmas Schnapps of the Year in 2011, a recognition that still shapes its reputation as a fixture on the Danish Christmas table.

  Nordisk Brænderi Monastery Akvavit is an organic Danish aquavit at 41.5% ABV.

  Inspired by old aquavit recipes from Danish monasteries, Monastery is distilled with caraway, mint, lemon thyme and honey. The recipe draws on the monasteries' long tradition of experimenting with herbs such as caraway, thyme and chamomile in the pursuit of a healing drink. The aquavit has been named Aquavit Distillery of the Year and has won silver at the New York International Spirits Competition and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, as well as bronze at the Berlin International Spirits Competition.

  Caraway and fresh mint lead, with a floral sweetness from honey and lemon thyme.

  Fresh and well-balanced with clear peppermint, while the caraway and light honey sweetness hold the whole together.

  Svinkløv Klit Snaps is a Danish spiced schnapps at 37.5% ABV from Nordisk Brænderi.

  The schnapps is named after Svinkløv Klit, the hilly dune landscape by Jammerbugten in North Jutland that inspires much of the distillery's range. Nordisk Brænderi is run by Anders Bilgram, who distils spirits from nature's own ingredients at a hands-on micro-distillery in Vester Svenstrup near Fjerritslev.

  Svinkløv Klit is distilled with marram grass, amber and honey, then matured on sea buckthorn and rosehip, both typical of the dune landscape along Jutland's west coast.

  Honeyed sweetness meets a lightly salty, herbal note of marram grass.

  Round and spiced, with clear honey and a tart edge from sea buckthorn.
