After double fermentation, the tequila is distilled in copper kettles. The tequila has a wealth of flavor and aroma notes. The nose offers cooked agave, hay, herbs and minerals. The taste is characterized by sweet agave notes and a hint of black pepper. The aftertaste is spicy with a hint of jalapeño and butterscotch.
