About Cucielo Vermouth

Cucielo Vermouth is an Italian vermouth made for the classic aperitivo culture, where good ingredients and simple elegance count for more than grand gestures. The vermouth combines wine with a selection of herbs and spices in a balanced, aromatic style well suited to serving over ice on its own or as a base in classic cocktails like the Negroni and Americano. For newcomers, Cucielo is an accessible introduction to Italian vermouth, while the seasoned aperitivo lover will appreciate its soft, well-balanced style.

History & Background

Cucielo is part of the Italian vermouth tradition that dates back to 18th-century Turin, where vermouth was first developed as an aromatized, fortified wine. The brand has taken that classic approach and given it a modern, accessible expression suited to today's aperitivo market. Production emphasizes preserving the soft, herb-driven character that has historically defined Italian vermouth, rather than the sweeter, more industrial versions.

Production & Style

The vermouth is made from a wine base, infused with herbs and spices according to classic Italian methods.
