Macduff Whisky

Macduff was built in 1960 at the mouth of the River Deveron and stands out for its unusual pentagon-shaped still house - an architectural quirk no other Scotch whisky can match. The whisky is often sold under the name Glen Deveron to avoid confusion with the town of Macduff itself. Now owned by Bacardi via John Dewar & Sons, it remains a solid, if understated, part of the Highland landscape.
