Gavroche Rosé is an organic, easy‑drinking and refreshing rosé wine from Château l’Ermite d’Auzan, perfectly suited for sunny days, the terrace and relaxed meals. The colour is a delicate light pink, and the aroma shows fresh red berries with a subtle floral touch. On the palate, the wine is fruity and smooth with notes of raspberry and strawberry, balanced by a clean, crisp freshness that makes it especially refreshing.

The wine is made from 80% Grenache and 20% Cinsault, a classic southern French blend that delivers both juiciness, finesse and a gentle hint of spice. It is best enjoyed young and served at 10–12 °C, where its fruit and freshness shine brightest.

Gavroche Rosé is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs beautifully with grilled dishes and exotic cuisine, where its lightness and fruit character create a harmonious balance.
