The bottle combines pure rum from Nyborg Destilleri with rum from Latin America, sweetened with sugar and caramel, giving a sweet, full-bodied spirit drink with depth. Behind the brand stand brothers Niels and Nicolai Rømer, who since 2017 have run a fully organic distillery in the historic railway workshop buildings on Funen, where Danish State Railways' freight wagons were once repaired.
