Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa is a Manzanilla Sherry from Jerez, Spain, made from the Palomino Fino grape with an alcohol content of 15%. Manzanilla is aged exclusively in Sanlucar de Barrameda under a protective flor yeast film, which prevents oxidation and gives the wine its sharp, salt-tinged character. Papirusa is Bodegas Lustau's entry-level Manzanilla, designed as an accessible introduction to the style without compromising on the authenticity that defines a genuine Sanlucar sherry.
