ABK6 Millesime 1985 Vintage Single Estate is a French Cognac, distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2015, at 40%.

The Cognac comes from Domaines Francis Abécassis, a house that stands apart from most others in the Cognac region by growing, distilling, ageing and bottling its entire range on its own land. Francis Abécassis moved to Cognac in the early 2000s and built his house around exactly this single-estate idea, rather than buying eaux-de-vie from a wide network of independent growers, as most houses do.

This particular vintage comes from just six small casks in the house's so-called paradise cellar, where the most treasured eaux-de-vie rest. Three decades on oak have given the Cognac a complex, mature profile, far removed from the house's younger, fresher releases.

The bottle also comes with a set of 10 Cognac glasses, making it a natural centrepiece when a rare vintage is shared among friends.
