Produced in the Dominican Republic. The sugar cane is harvested at its freshest and then quickly pressed to gather the aromas in the fresh and fragrant juice. The juice is fermented and distilled in small batches, then aged in select American bourbon barrels. This process, known as "agricole", is responsible for Vizcaya's delicate aroma and sweet, delicate flavor.
