Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2016 WPL is a unique rum distilled in a pot still in 2016 from molasses. The rum has matured in both ex-Bourbon casks and Marsala casks, giving it a complex and nuanced flavor profile. After maturation, the rum is bottled at 57% ABV in February 2025 and is not chill-filtered, preserving its rich flavor and character. S.B.S Jamaica 2016 WPL is a rare rum, limited to only 376 bottles and bottled exclusively for the Danish market.

Upon the first nose, you are greeted with aromas of bourbon-vanilla, apples, and dried fruits, enriched with a hint of leather. This inviting aroma immediately reveals the complexity present in the rum.

On the palate, the rum delivers an intense and funky tasting experience with deep notes of dried fruits and ripe fruit, perfectly balanced with caramel and creamy vanilla tones. The rum finishes with a long, full-bodied finish that provides a complex and satisfying taste experience that lingers on the tongue.
