After maturing in traditional oak casks, this rum has undergone additional aging in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, imparting a rich and velvety character with intense fruity and spicy nuances.

    The aroma offers notes of dried fruits, raisins, dark chocolate, and a lightly spiced sweetness from the sherry. The taste is full-bodied and well-balanced, with hints of caramel, vanilla, figs, and nuts that blend harmoniously. The finish is long, warm, and rounded off with a pleasant sweetness and a touch of spice.
