Ron Cristobal Santa Maria PX Sherry Finish is a Rum from the Dominican Republic, distilled in 2009 and finished in ex-PX Sherry casks, bottled at 42%. 2395 bottles were released.

The rum starts from the same 2009 distillate that forms the base of the entire Santa Maria series, but after the initial bourbon cask maturation it is moved into casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry, one of the sweetest and most sought-after sherry styles. The PX casks add a deep, dried fruit character and a rich chocolate tone to the rum.
