A tribute to the Danish pioneers who, like pharmacist A.H. Riise, put their country on the world map - only 6,960 numbered bottles of this blend exist.

    Expert description

A.H. Riise XO Reserve Explorer Denmark is a Spirit Drink from the West Indies and Central America, bottled at 40%.

The XO Explorer series presents a range of Limited Editions released in different countries in an extremely limited number of numbered bottles. These exclusive editions are created for the brand's dedicated fans and collectors, as well as for the local pioneers who, like A.H. Riise, sought new knowledge and put their country on the world map. The Explorer Denmark release is a unique blend from the West Indies and Central America, carefully composed by the house's master blender and limited to just 6,960 numbered bottles.

The A.H. Riise brand traces back to the Danish pharmacist Albert Heinrich Riise, who founded a pharmacy on Saint Thomas in the Danish West Indies in 1838 and later began producing rum. Today the name is in transition - the brand is changing its name to Old St. Croix, but the classic A.H. Riise releases live on under the original name.
