Founders Reservation Cocktail is a very complex blending art. The Master Blender selects from a wide range of casks containing gammel rom matured to perfection. Each cask with unique aromas and expressions.

Ingredients

50 ml Founders Reserve
15 ml velvet Falernum
5 ml maple syrup
3 Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitter

Decoration: Shiso leaf and lime peel

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a glass, add a little ice. Stir for 15-20s. Pour into a lowball glass with ice. Add shiso leaf and lime zest as garnish.

Flavor profile: Delightfully sweet and citrus notes dominate in the beginning. The good and balanced notes of the rum come after a few seconds and round out the cocktail.
