Autentico Nativo Aged Special Reserve is a 15-Year-Old Panama Rum distilled at the Las Cabras distillery and bottled at 40%.

The rum is continuously distilled on a copper column dating back over 100 years to 1922, then matured for 15 years in charred American white oak casks previously used for bourbon. After maturation the rum is filtered through cellulose membranes and cold filtered before bottling. Behind the bottle stands master blender Don Pancho Fernandez, who combines the traditional Cuban approach to maturation and blending with Panamanian craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Pleasant and rounded aroma with burnt caramel, coffee and a light vanilla tone.

Palate

Dark, almost burnt sugar flavour meets coffee, vanilla, wood and a touch of chocolate.

Finish

Smooth and long finish, fading out without any sharpness.
