Clément is one of the most iconic producers of rhum agricole from Martinique, and this white rum is a true classic within the category. The distillery was founded in 1887 by Homère Clément at the historic sugar plantation Habitation Clément in Le François, and ever since, the house has set the standard for rhum agricole worldwide.

Unlike traditional rum made from molasses, Clément Rhum Agricole is distilled from freshly pressed sugarcane juice. This results in a fresh and characterful profile with notes of sugarcane, citrus, green apples, and light herbal nuances.

With an alcohol content of 40%, it is smooth and approachable, making it ideal for cocktails as well as for sipping neat. It is especially perfect for the classic Caribbean Ti’ Punch, but also works wonderfully in daiquiris or mojitos, where it adds a uniquely fresh touch.

Carn Mor is known for selecting casks that highlight the natural character of the spirit, and here you get a young, energetic and unmistakably Clynelish‑driven whisky bottled at 52.4%.

The flavour profile is fresh and fruity with the well‑known waxy mouthfeel Clynelish is famous for.
