Certified organic AOP Côte-Rôtie, 100% Syrah.
From 0.4 ha parcel replanted in 1992 on gneiss soil on Côteaux de Tupin, lower situated in relation to Prennelle and south of Ampius. Prennelle and south of Ampius. Handpicked 67% destemmed, 3 weeks vinification, wild yeast, daily pump overs and cap-punching. Aged in 228L-300L barrels for 22 months. Unfined, 33% filtered.
