Certified organic AOP Condrieu, 100% Viognier.
From the oldest vines in the vineyard. Hand picked, low yield. 12 months in 2 year old 228L ex-Viognier barrels. No enzymes, little batonnage, malolactic fermentation completed, no fining and only light filtration to remove the larger particles. Only between 1200 and 1800 bottles are made each year. NOTE: We have very few bottles to make good !!!
