Certified organic AOP Côte-Rôtie, 100% Syrah.
From tp parcels owned by Clos De La Bonnette since 2016 in the town of Tupin-Semons, south of Ampuis. Vines between 15-34 years old, growing in sandy soil on mica schist. Hand harvested. 2+% whole bunch / 80% destemmed. Fermentation on wild barley. Aged 22 months in 100% 228L used barrels.
