Ish Tequila Mexican Agave Spirit Non-Alcoholic

The Mexican Agave plant is the foundation of all Tequilas, including this non-alcoholic version. This non-alcoholic Reposado Tequila rests in oak barrels for 2-12 months to give it the rounded notes of oak, which also gives it its golden color. It is extracted from the classic blue agave plant and distilled oak is added. In addition, bay leaf, brown sugar, malt and a small amount of salt are used.

Islay Rum Barrel Aged The Original Port Ellen Geal Pure Single Rum 46%

The Islay Rum Company – This is rum from the well-known island of Islay, which is most famous for its peated whiskies. It’s called Barrel Aged Rum because it has been matured in used Islay whisky casks. The people behind The Vintage Malt Whisky Company are also the driving force behind this new Islay rum distillery.

Their Head Distiller is Ben Inglis, whose inspiration comes from Haiti, Jamaica, and the French West Indies. The rum is produced at The Old Lemonade Factory, where they have installed beautiful copper pot stills. The first drops of white rum ran through the system in February 2022. The “heart” of the spirit comes in at around 83% ABV after 7 hours of distillation, but it is reduced to 46% before bottling. The fermentation time is a full 168 hours.

It's called Inaugural Release 2022 and as it's the very first release, it's also a little more expensive than regular white rum.
