Isle of Fionia Skippers Glow is an organic Danish Single Malt Whisky bottled at 52.8% as part of the Adventurous Spirit series from Isle of Fionia / Nyborg Distillery. The series is inspired by Funen's coastal culture with maritime and nautical names. Made from 100% organic barley and distilled in copper pot stills in the historic DSB train depot in Nyborg, Funen.

Tasting notes

Nose

Warm and fruity with an inviting malt base. Light notes of vanilla and caramel with a fresh fruity tone and a hint of warm spice.

Palate

Full-bodied and warm at 52.8% with good malt body and fruity sweetness. A gentle spiciness from the oak underpins the fruity character.

Finish

Medium length with lingering malt and a warm oak close.
