Isle of Fionia Stilhed Oloroso Cask Finish from Nyborg Distillery is an organic Danish single malt that combines calm depth with precise craftsmanship. The whisky is first matured in selected ex‑bourbon casks, developing a soft foundation of vanilla, gentle oak and natural sweetness. It then receives its final maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, adding layers of dried fruit, roasted nuts and warm spices. The result is a harmonious and rounded whisky with clear fruitiness, elegant sherry character and a natural balance between sweetness and spicy depth.

The flavour unfolds in several layers, with notes of raisins, nuts, oak and warming spices blending into a soft, almost creamy texture. The finish is long and pleasant, combining sweetness, spice and the characteristic depth of Oloroso sherry. The whisky is non‑chill filtered, naturally coloured and distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Fionia, emphasising its local identity and pure expression.
