  Hellstrøm Miniature Norsk Akvavit is a Norwegian aquavit in miniature bottle format at 40% ABV.

  The content matches the full-size bottle exactly: a spice blend composed by Eivind Hellstrøm, television chef and owner of a two-star Michelin restaurant, using caraway, anise, star anise, citrus, orange, fennel, coriander, juniper and cardamom. After maceration and pot-still distillation, the aquavit rests for 12 months in new and old 500-litre Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled in miniature format.

  Tasting Notes

  Nose

  Clean and delicate with caraway, sweet liquorice and fennel, alongside dried citrus peel and Oloroso sherry.

  Palate

  Fresh and fruity with body and a touch of creaminess. Citrus, anise and a hint of sea salt meet dry sherry.

  Finish

  Short but concentrated, led by caraway and citrus.
