Isle of Fionia Sjæl PX Cask Finish from Nyborg Distillery is an organic Danish single malt built on pure ingredients, craftsmanship from Fyn and a maturation process that gives the whisky both depth and sweetness. It is first matured in selected ex‑bourbon casks, developing a soft base of vanilla, light oak and a clean, rounded sweetness. It then receives its final maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, adding intensity and complexity with layers of raisins, figs, caramel and warm spices.

The flavour is full and layered, with clear notes of dried fruit, dark caramel and a refined balance between sweetness and spicy warmth. The texture is soft and rounded, and the finish is long with lasting impressions of PX sherry’s deep fruitiness and a touch of oak. The whisky is non‑chill filtered, naturally coloured and distilled, matured and bottled on Fyn, giving it a strong local identity and an authentic character.
