The rum was bottled in February 2025 at a strength of 50% ABV and is un-chillfiltered, preserving its full flavor and complexity.

Scapa 16 Year Old "The Orcadian" is a now-discontinued single malt whisky from the Scapa Distillery on the Orkney Islands in Scotland – a bottle that has achieved cult status among collectors and fans of island whisky.

This edition was introduced in 2008 as part of the "The Orcadian" series, replacing the previous 14-year-old version. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV, offering a smooth and approachable style while still delivering plenty of character.

Tasting notes and profile:
- Nose: Fruity and floral with notes of citrus, apple, pear, and tropical fruits like pineapple. A subtle grassy and floral undertone adds freshness and vibrancy.
- Palate: Silky and sweet with honey, vanilla, and ripe fruits. The body is light to medium, and while some may find it slightly delicate, it remains elegant and well-balanced.
