Stauning Dirty Bastard has matured in three different types of barrels. First in new American oak barrels, then in Mexican mezcal barrels. The result is the whiskey we know as Stauning Bastard. But it doesn't stop there. Bastard then embarks on a journey into the world of beer barrels, finishing in Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout barrels from the Danish brewery To Øl.
In contrast to the other members of the Research Series, Dirty Bastard is only released once.
