Gefjun Distillery is a Danish craft distillery based in Skovlunde on the island of Zealand, known for its curious approach to flavour and its willingness to challenge convention. Urt is the result of a unique collaboration between Gefjun and a passionate Danish brewer. The starting point is a powerful amber lager brewed from three carefully selected malt types, contributing deep caramel notes and a reddish‑gold hue.
