Enghaven no 1 Young Rye The aroma hints at fruity sweetness and lots of fresh herbs. There are subtle notes of ripe banana, pineapple and orange. It's reminiscent of a good English wine gum. The taste is "dessert-like" with distinct notes of chocolate, brandy and strawberries, almost like filled chocolates. Gradually, the toasted notes blend into the flavor, which also becomes drier and fades into a spicy freshness like mint and tarragon.

The aroma has notes of vanilla, dried fruit and is reminiscent of a wild meadow and hay. It has plenty of sweetness on the palate, as well as a combination of birch and wood flavors.
