Giffard's Blueberry Syrup is a French syrup flavoured with blueberry, from the French syrup and liqueur producer Giffard.

Giffard is a French, family-owned liqueur and syrup house from Angers in the Loire Valley, founded in 1885 by the pharmacist and herbalist Émile Giffard, who invented a white mint liqueur with digestive properties. Its success led him to convert his pharmacy into a distillery, and today - five generations later - the house is still family-run, producing more than 60 fruit and herbal liqueurs and syrups for bartenders and baristas around the world. The syrups are made from pure sugar (sucrose), water and natural flavourings without preservatives, with shelf life ensured through pasteurisation. The range is developed to deliver a clean, natural taste without any artificial aftertaste - equally suited to cocktails, mocktails, coffee and desserts.

The nose is sweet and fruity with a tart, juicy berry character and a light vegetal undertone. The palate is juicy and lightly acidic with a fruity, slightly floral aftertaste and a round, gourmet blueberry finish.
