Calvados Coquerel Fine is a carefully selected blend of calvados, aged for a minimum of 2-3 years in small oak barrels, giving it a distinctive strength and freshness. Each batch is meticulously chosen by Coquerel’s cellar master to ensure the unique flavor that is characteristic of this calvados.

The production process begins with the crushing of apples and pressing them into apple juice, which then undergoes a natural fermentation process over several months in large fermentation vats. After fermentation, the apple juice is transformed into cider, which is then distilled into the final calvados.

This calvados has a light golden color and a fresh, fruity aroma with subtle hints of vanilla. The taste is powerful, refreshing, and uniquely characteristic.
