Dos Maderas Miniature 5+3 Years is a Rum from Barbados and Guyana, double-matured and finished in sherry casks, bottled at 37.5% in a 5 cl miniature.

The rum is first matured for 5 years separately in the Caribbean, after which the casks are sent to Williams & Humbert's cellars in southern Spain for a further 3 years of ageing in sherry casks. Compared to the house's 5+5 edition, which is finished in Pedro Ximenez casks, the shorter sherry ageing gives a lighter, more balanced style with clear fruitiness.
