Drouet Ulysse XO is a French Cognac from Grande Champagne, around 20 years old and bottled at 40%.

The cognac carries the name of Ulysse Dumargue, great-grandfather of the current owners of Cognac Drouet, which was founded in 1848 and has remained in the family for four generations since.

The XO quality is made from 100% Grande Champagne grapes and represents one of the house's oldest and most full-bodied releases, where the long ageing has produced a cognac with marked depth.
